Servers:
We are seeking experienced servers. Finer dining experience is a bonus, but not required if you are willing to learn. Bartending experience also a bonus. We are a small establishment and this allows us not only to focus on our guests, but on our team members as well.
We are looking for servers with caring, personable attitudes, willing to be a team player, and have a strong work-ethic. Your duties will include taking guest orders and serving food and drinks. You will also be cleaning up and resetting tables, as well as other tasks assigned by your supervisors.
You must be able to handle fast paced and hectic work during peak times, you must be able to work with minimal supervision, and you must be a team player. You must also have a good rapport with guests, and pay attention to details. -- Experience is required. --
Line Cooks:
We are hiring highly motivated line cooks to join our team. Experience in upper scale family dining service & attention to detail are required. A qualified applicant must be be willing to be part of a team effort, be able to produce a wide variety of menu items, perform a variety of complex cooking tasks, and be able to handle fast paced and hectic work during peak times. You must also be able to work with minimal supervision, and participate in all aspects of kitchen work as directed. -- Experience is required. --
You must be experienced in a la carte and buffet/ banquet production skills. You must have at least two years of similar experience, a sound knowledge of basic sanitation practices, a commitment to high quality culinary production standards and high quality guest service standards. Training in a culinary arts school is a bonus. You will work with and report to the kitchen manager. We are starting our busy season and need a hands on person with the right attitude that can get the job done.
